Scope and Contents of the Materials
Materials in this collection include photographs and slides documenting construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects on campus, and were predominantly taken by Facilities personnel. Most of Series 03 consists of planning documents from outside architectural or engineering firms contracted by the University.
Collection Historical Note
Facilities Planning and Management is responsible for buildings and physical infrastructure on campus, including new construction, renovation and maintenance. Within this department Capital Projects and Records works with outside firms to coordinate major construction and renovation projects.

Acquisition Method:
Series 01 and 02 were transferred to the University Archives in 2000-2001. Materials in series 03 were transferred to the Archives at various times. Additional materials were transferred to the Archives in 2011.
