Scope and Contents of the Materials

This collection is comprised of photographs and ephemera from Rosenbloom’s 1986 exhibit “Resurrection and Recollections: A Photographic Glimpse of 1937 Europe.”

Collection Historical Note

Annabel Drazen Rosenbloom was born in 1914. She received her BA from Washington University in St. Louis in 1936 and her MA in Art History in 1939. In 1943 she married Samuel Rosenbloom, with whom she had two sons. An avid artist, Rosenbloom worked with oil paints, sculpture, and photography. She died in 2011.
