Item 2: A Book for Miles [collection of poems]. Bears note on first page in author's hand: "This book is limited to one c[opyright] edition of 1 copy and is signed and numbered by the author (as you can see)." Notebook is divided into four sections as follows: I Jazz for the N.U.F., II Other Lyrics, III Satires, IV An Extra Poem.
